Built for the whole family
Plan, grade, and track every student in your household from one place — without juggling separate apps, separate logins, or separate spreadsheets for each one.
Sound familiar?
“Every homeschool tool I tried wanted me to start over for each kid. Three separate accounts. Three sets of preferences. Three places to lose things. By the time I’d set them all up, I’d burned my morning and nobody had done a math problem yet.”
Most homeschool tools were built for a parent and one student. That’s not reality. The average homeschool family has 2.5 students. Reality is a kitchen table with three workbooks open and a baby on your hip — and a tool that respects that.
Add kids in minutes, manage them for years
Name, grade level, subjects, learning interests. Each kid gets their own profile, their own subjects, their own pace.
Each student has their own lessons, their own calendar, their own grades, their own progress. Nothing cross-contaminates.
You see all your students at a glance. Switch between them with a click. Spot who’s ahead, who’s behind, who needs your attention this week.
One view for you. One view per kid.
Parent dashboard. Your home screen shows all your students together — this week’s plan for each one, recent grades, what’s coming up, what needs your attention. Click into any kid for a deeper look.
Student portals. Each kid logs into their own space. They see their assignments, their schedule, their grades. They don’t see their sibling’s. They don’t see anything they’re not supposed to see. The 14-year-old isn’t looking at the 8-year-old’s spelling list, and vice versa.
This morning, at a glance
Spot what needs your attention without scrolling through three separate apps. The parent dashboard surfaces flags, streaks, and "needs check-in" prompts across every student in the family.
Sample family view. Each row links to the student’s full profile.
No "primary student" workaround
Lesson planning works per-student. Grading is per-student. Calendars are per-student but can show a combined family view. Placement assessments are per-student. The family is the unit, but the student is the citizen — nothing in Connected Learning Co. asks you to “switch accounts” or “start over for a new student” like the tools you’ve outgrown.
Multi-student is the foundation, not a feature
Lesson planning generates plans for the kid you’re planning for. Grading rolls up per kid and per family. Placement assessments are per-student snapshots. Parent oversight runs across all of them. This isn’t a "multi-user" feature bolted onto a single-student tool — multi-student is the spine of the product.
Bring the whole family
Connected Learning Co. is free during the beta until August 1, 2026. Beta families who continue get their first month free when we launch — two months free on an annual plan. No code, no fine print.
Manage your whole family from one account. The base plan includes up to 3 student profiles; extra profiles and student portals are simple add-ons.
